What is your cutoff schedule?

Custom orders usually take 14 business days to process after payment. Of course, the earlier, the better, to account for any unforeseen delays. Please advise event date especially in case of RUSH orders so we can check versus our calendar and make sure to deliver before then. 

Can you customize sizing?
Our current range of sizing includes Standard, Large, XL, and 2XL. For these, we will only accommodate requests to customize the body length - please indicate in the Additional Sizing Notes your preferred measurement (in inches, from the shoulder, until the desired length). All other measurements will remain the same, depending on the size chosen. 

If your size is beyond our offered range (3XL above), we do accept custom sizing, subject to surcharge. Please email us directly at t3rcera@gmail.com to inquire.

Can you customize fabric?
La Tercera only makes use of premium fabrics like silk (charmeuse / silk chiffon / silk crepe), and imported lace. Not all colors are available per silk type, as such, La Tercera will reserve the right to use the type of silk, depending on the design and color availability.

Silk fabric shades vary per season, as such, colors may be slightly different in actual versus photos, also depending on the lighting and filter used.

Since shades vary per fabric roll and per season, La Tercera will not be able to guarantee that swatches will match actual robes to the letter, as such, swatches should only serve as a general guide. This applies to all types of fabrics, appliqués, and other embellishments.

Can you customize a totally new style?
Sure! Please note, however, that we'll only accept custom work if there isn't anything similar being offered in our current roster. Kindly send us an email at t3rcera@gmail.com with specifics, and please allow a lead time of at least 2 months for prototyping, until production. 

What are your payment options?
For local payments, we accept direct deposits or online transfers to our BPI and BDO accounts, GCash, or PayPal; for international orders, direct bank transfers / remittance, xoom.com, and PayPal payments are preferred.

Can you do embroidery?
Of course! Our embroidery service is offered for FREE with a maximum of 8 characters for all robes except for the BASIC DANI. Anything in excess of 8 characters will incur a Php 20/character cost.

What are you options for embroidery?
You may opt to have your name embroidered on the back part, ribbon (edge or middle), or front-left parts of the robe, depending on the style. We also have 4 font types to choose from (see below).

Default font for Brides is Font 4, whereas Font 1 is normally used for entourage robes.

Do you have a store where we can personally see and try on the collection?

We are mainly based online at the moment. Best to order directly on our website, which is what most of our clients do. We can just assist you remotely should you have any queries / clarifications prior to placing your order.
